Front of House Manager
Arscott Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team player to manage the front of house food and beverage services of the golf club.
Arscott Golf Club is a private members club, established in 1992, situated on the outskirts of Shrewsbury, Shropshire. The Club has around 500 members to cater for and there is also a potential for attracting new business including, but not limited to, private parties, Sunday lunches etc. With picturesque views over the Shropshire Hills, the Clubhouse has a large bar/dining room with capacity for approximately 80 covers for dining.
As front of house manager, you’ll be responsible for meeting customer expectations and ensuring food and hygiene standards are met. You’ll also recruit and manage staff, and work to budgets and financial targets. You will work with the management team to grow revenues and utilisation of club facilities.
This is a hands-on role and you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the food and beverage operation.
Working a 40 hour week with flexibility in the hours of service. Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with the candidates level of experience and responsibility.
